Our Story

For nearly four decades, Bertha's Go-Go Ribs has been serving Nassau the best BBQ on the island. What started as a simple passion for fire-roasted meats has grown into an institution.

We specialize in slow-smoked BBQ that creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. Every rack is paired with our signature homemade sauces that keep people coming back.
